1. First of all, you need to go to www.vizitrip.com
2. Make sure you’ve logged in
3. Decide where do you want to go then type it on the search box
4. Choose which place that you’d like to go to
5. Fill up the form then click Book Now
6. You will receive the payment link once you’ve done
7. You’re ready to go!

1. After completing the booking process, you will get a notification that says your transaction has been confirmed.
2. Viziteam will send the payment link to your email.
3. You need to click the following link and follow the next steps.

You can use credit and debit card.

You will receive an email containing a receipt confirming payment has been received in 60 minutes.

If you got "challenged", Viziteam will check your payment case then release an approval. Please kindly wait for the next notification.

We will send an electronic ticket to your email within 60 minutes after your payment has been verified. You can also view and download your electronic ticket by following these steps:

1. Click cart icon on your Vizitrip homepage and choose List Transaction
2. Find the order details that you have just paid for
3. Click the download button on the Order Details

When the tour is confirmed, you will get a confirmation letter or voucher from Viziteam

No you can't. Your voucher is only valid for the set dates.

You can call the emergency number that’s being listed on the voucher or confirmation letter.

You can change the information maximum 5 days after the payment is succesfull.
